            Today is the third day of the experiment. The plants were watered at 11:00 and at this time the young researcher noticed something out of the ordinary, that the organic section had developed a small layer of mold this mold was a pale yellow blue and grew around the corners of the containers. The researcher also noted that the mold had not been spreading to other areas of the sections. There had also been no plant growth observed.

 

Begining of the Prodject

Today is the first day of the lima bean experiment. In this experiment the lima bean plants are distributed into a 30oz. / 9cl. containers. In each container one lima bean would be planted 1 1/2 inches down into each container In the experiment there are thirty containers the thirty containers are divided up into three segments of ten, one segment is organic another segment is chemical and the third segment is untreated fertilizer. In the organic fertilizer one tbs. of Garden Tone was added to the section. In the chemical section one tsp. of Fertilome was added to a gallon of water and is used to water every other day.  In the experiment each section is watered exactly one cup of water every other day.  The plants are placed on level boxes to give them optimal light from the grow lights.
